These Terms of Service apply to your use of slanaturals.com and to all orders placed with SLA Naturals, a brand of HerbsAsia, Lahore, Pakistan ("we", "us", "our"). By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. About our products

Our products, including Afrovit-SR, are herbal food supplements and topical products made with traditional ingredients. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Individual results vary. Please read the label before use and follow the directions.

Afrovit-SR is for adults (18+) only. If you are taking medication, have a medical condition, or are unsure whether a product is right for you, please consult your doctor before use.

2. Orders and pricing

All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are shown on the product page and at checkout. We may change prices or offers at any time, but the price confirmed at checkout applies to your order. We may contact you to confirm Cash on Delivery orders, and we may cancel an order if we cannot confirm it, if a product is unavailable, or if a pricing error has occurred. If you have already paid for a cancelled order, we will refund you in full.

3. Payment

You can pay Cash on Delivery or by any prepaid option shown at checkout. For Cash on Delivery, please keep the exact amount ready when your parcel arrives.

4. Delivery, returns and refunds

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Refund Policy. Both form part of these terms.

5. Website content

We work to keep product information, ingredients and prices accurate and up to date. If you notice an error, please let us know. Website content is for general information and is not medical advice.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos and product designs, belongs to SLA Naturals / HerbsAsia or its content providers and may not be copied or used without our permission.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of our website or products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under Pakistani consumer protection law.
