SLA Naturals is a brand of HerbsAsia, Lahore, Pakistan. This policy explains how we process and deliver your order.

Delivery area

We currently deliver within Pakistan only.

Order processing

Orders are usually processed and handed to our courier within 1–2 working days. Our team may call or WhatsApp you to confirm Cash on Delivery orders before dispatch.

Delivery time

Most orders are delivered within 2–5 working days after dispatch, depending on your city. Remote areas, public holidays and courier delays can add a few days. If there is a delay, we will contact you by phone, WhatsApp or email.

Shipping charges

Shipping is free on all orders within Pakistan unless a delivery charge is clearly shown at checkout before you place your order.

Payment

You can pay Cash on Delivery (pay the courier when you receive your parcel) or use any prepaid option shown at checkout.

Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we will share your tracking details by SMS, WhatsApp or email.

Delivery address

Please make sure your address and phone number are correct at checkout. To change them, contact us as soon as possible before your order is dispatched.

Damaged or wrong parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. See our Refund Policy for details.
